At SeatOS, a leading Travelier company, we specialize in providing innovative solutions for ground and sea transportation operators. Our SaaS-based Transport Management System (TMS) streamlines operations for our clients, enabling them to manage inventory, bookings, and customer interactions with ease. Headquartered in Bangkok, SeatOS is a fast-growing platform dedicated to empowering transportation operators in the APAC region and beyond.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for a Thai national with a strong background in SaaS and B2B product management, who is passionate about solving real-world problems and delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, customer success, and sales, to deliver impactful features for SeatOS.
- Engage directly with transportation operators to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure our TMS addresses their pain points.
- Assist in defining and prioritizing the SeatOS product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
- Analyze data to monitor product performance, user behavior, and adoption rates, using insights to inform product improvements.
- Support the development of new features and enhancements to improve the overall value of SeatOS for our clients.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of product updates and new features.
- Contribute to user research initiatives, ensuring SeatOS provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
Requirements
- Thai national with fluent Thai language skills and excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to contribute to a growing product team.
- A background or interest in the transportation or travel tech industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
