About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to support daily purchasing operations and logistics coordination. This role will assist in sourcing materials and services, communicating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and comparing suppliers to obtain the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery time.
- Coordinate with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure accurate records in the procurement system.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, operations) to understand purchasing needs and align supply with demand.
- Support contract renewals and supplier performance tracking.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Prepare procurement reports and assist in data analysis for cost tracking or improvement suggestions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team or external warehouse providers to verify incoming goods, ensure proper documentation, and resolve any discrepancies in delivery.
- Assist in organizing stock locations and tracking movement of goods in/out of the warehouse.
- Support monthly stock count activities and help maintain proper documentation.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business Administration, or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain.
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are important.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (Both Thai and English).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and purchasing systems is a plus.
