Job Description
- Following to TAA safety policy, procedures, operational requirements, standards and regulations including reporting of safety deficiencies, hazards which may lead to accident or any safety matters to Safety Department.
- Challenge any unauthorized persons who seek access or come to TAA premises. Identify and resolve suspicious activities then report to appropriate authorities to maintain the highest standard of security and environment concerned.
Job Descriptions
Prepare and issue Maintenance work package in accordance with aircraft maintenance schedule and relevant standards or requirement.
Plan and manage resources including manpower, facilities and spare parts
Plan and manage scheduled task and unscheduled task to serve operations requirement.
Manage aircraft allocation in accordance with policies including monitor aircraft utilization.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to keep update on status of maintenance.
Data compilation and monitor aircraft and engine hours/cycles
Aircraft Maintenance Forecast & schedule planning
Aircraft Maintenance Check preparation
Aircraft Maintenance hangar check dock planning functions
Aircraft components forecast and management
Aircraft allocation and utilization management
Co-ordinates with contract maintenance facilities and customers to prepare maintenance checks and work input.
Qualifications
Proficient in maintenance software and Microsoft office programs.
Good knowledge of the aircraft maintenance and engineering procedures.
Read, write and communicate in English fluently.
Ability to prioritize workload and work under time pressure.
Aviation experience in task related to Engineering Planning or Technical Records (Advantage)
