Job Description
- Providing front-line representation, efficient and effective support to the CEO in an extremely fast paced environment
- Project management: by taking ownership of key projects as required, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that CEO's strategic goals are met
- Providing comprehensive business, operational, and administrative support across a board range of activities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Assist with board matters, including meeting coordination, paper preparation and minute taking
- Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and digital documents
- Coordination and scheduling of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar and contacts
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Help keep everyone on track with task follow-ups and project timelines
- Coordinating travel and accommodation when required
Requirements
- Have a flexible personal life that allows frequent travel across ASIA countries
- Advanced skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills - with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum direction
- A proactive mindset and a flexible, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Have the ability to read between the lines and be proactive
- Be able to interact effectively both socially and professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ฿32,500.00 - ฿65,000.00 per month
