Orveda Maison Manager
Embodying the brand and business developer, your role includes managing the operation of the luxury Orveda Maison and Spa, the successful launch and growth of the business and delivering an ultra-premium experience for the consumer. You develop and animate your team to engage them and collectively achieve the performance goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build Brand Awareness and excellence
- Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the boutique with a high excellence level (equipment, cleaning, inventory, security, merchandising)
- Build the retail Animation (launches, key selling moments and events) calendar, manage the events and animations in collaboration with Marketing / Com teams and monitor performance
- Ensure your team perfectly conveys the brand image in grooming, attitude and customer service, as you do
- Master POS software system to monitor stocks, cash system, CRM database
Drive Sales and Build Brand Loyalty
- Set the sales and services goals for the team according to predefined KPIs
- Report Maison performance and define action plan with proactivity to grow the business
- Elevate client experience and lead by example
- Build and maintain the client portfolio, managing VIP clients and escalated client issues.
Manage, develop, and animate the team
- Manage team organization, planning and training
- Develop team from onboarding to day to day coaching with the help of the Trainer
- Animate and motivate the team to create a trustful environment encouraging a high team spirit

The team consists of Retail Operations, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Marketing Commercial and Sales, Finance, Supply Chain teams. All your colleagues are collaborative, and you will receive tremendous support for you to excel in this role.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to make a difference. As an experienced Sales professional, you will share your valuable experience with the team, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you should also have the following requirements:
- Minimum 10 years in Luxury Retail environment, with successful experience in:
- Operating retail store in the luxury beauty services space ideally for high-end brands
- Management of store personnel, building a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Solid luxury customer knowledge
- Bringing its own large Clients portfolio
- Expert in brand storytelling and beauty
- Ability to use POS software and PACK office
- Willingness and availability to work flexible hours
- Local language + Fluent English is mandatory. A spoken 3rd language is a plus.
