The Role
The Chief-of-Staff is a demanding and high-visibility, hands-on role based full-time, on-site in Bangkok. You will manage, own and deliver high-impact Operations projects. You will coordinate and facilitate communications between functional teams, leadership and stakeholders, and play an influential role in executive decision-making. Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
You’ll be the metronome of the Operations team and help keep both daily operations and special projects on track. You will work closely with the respective Directors of Operations and other senior functional leaders and executives in different countries to align on goals, project timelines, deliverables and drive results and impact. You will own project and team documentation. You will be tasked with all manners of problem-solving, from the smallest details to the largest issues. You will support the leadership team both in Asia and North America to run faster and farther every day.
What You’ll Own
- No task shall be too small nor too big.
- Be accountable for the execution of assigned operations activities.
- Management of special and key projects, from preparing Business Cases, timelines, scope, to managing risk registers, and conducting regular and ad hoc stakeholder communications.
- Documentation of Operations know-how, such as SOPs, best-practices and training materials.
- Tracking of KPIs and use data to troubleshoot and improve daily performance.
- Communicate clearly across our international teams in North America and Asia to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
You Are
- Certified in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred. Promising candidates without existing certification will be supported for courses and exams to attain qualifications.
- A gifted communicator, fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken. You speak with confidence and poise in front of even the most senior international business leaders Bang
- Holder of a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or other analytical fields.
- Experienced — with 5+ years in hands-on operations roles involving project management / leadership and execution.
- Detail-obsessed, action-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
- An agile, hands-on leader who leads by example, dives deep, and thrives in high-velocity environments.
- Unburdened by legacy practices, old-school mindsets, and never satisfied with “this is how we’ve always done things”.
