An energetic leader with in-depth experience in technical support within the Logistic industry who is ready to build an amazing team of passionate colleagues and work along side Management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and build a team of dedicated technical support staff ensuring smooth implementation within the Operations department.
- Lead reporting and operational automation efforts.
- Lead software automation project (AI, Chatbot etc.) as assigned.
- Ensure all inbound support for software products, API, system reporting, webservice queries are addressed in a timely, professional and well-informed manner.
- Provide web-based software services and systems communications to internal employees and customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Monitor the health status of all systems, office infrastructure, and products, identifying exceptional cases and initiate and prioritize the repair process when required.
Requirements
- Programming Language literate: Python, JavaScript
- Degree in any field with preference in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology;
- Knowledge and experience with API and Infrastructure
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SaaS companies with a technical role
- Knowledge of technologies like GPS/GSM/Mobile Phone/Vehicles will be an advantage;
- Fully computer Literate with experience/Knowledge Application Support and Web Services;
- Good Project Management skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions
- Proficiency in English (English Interview Only) and good command in MS. Excel.
Technical stream includes roles which require the application of expertise within a narrow field of technology (e.g. platform architecture, cyber security, software programming) to achieve results. Results are mainly delivered through individual contribution, not through managing others. Progression in these roles reflects an increasing depth of technical knowledge and skills.
A colleague at this level works independently within defined boundaries and guidelines in a specific area but will need supervision and support on more complex tasks. Knowledge is required for the application of practical methods and techniques, work procedures and processes. Solutioning is through a choice between known alternatives, within the area of expertise and the leader will evaluate the appropriateness and effectiveness of the solution. The job requires previous work experience in a related area, or practical knowledge obtained via advanced education. Leaders at this level manage employees day-to-day and set priorities to ensure task completion.
