The Content Creation Officer supports Pandora Crafting & Supply’s internal communications and corporate branding initiatives by developing engaging content that enhances employee connection and reinforces company culture.
Accountabilities:
- Create video and graphic content in line with company’s strategy, people stories, and sustainability efforts.
- Support visual content creation for corporate events, recognition programs, and internal campaigns.
- Research industry best practices to improve internal storytelling approaches.
Educational background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Advertising, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or coursework in branding, art direction, UI/UX design, motion graphics, or creative leadership is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level design skills, branding expertise, and creative leadership experience.
- Preferred creative agency background
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications, employer branding, or content creation.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premier Pro) and video editing software.
- Understanding of corporate branding and internal communication best practices.
