Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ensure that sales targets, market share, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved through effective and efficient promotion of Sandoz brands to healthcare professionals
Develop a Territory Business Plan including identification of EOLs and KOLs to support brand advocacy and patient access expansion
Develop and maintain an accurate master list aligned with marketing segmentation guidance; review and submit updates quarterly
Secure DPC approvals on time and ensure no engagement with HCPs without proper documentation
Implement marketing activities with cross-functional teams (e.g. one-on-one calls, product presentations, RTDs) in full compliance with company policies and SOPs
Regularly check product availability in high-traffic pharmacy branches; engage with pharmacists to optimize stock and share MD feedback
Monitor and report competitor activities and programs, providing timely insights to sales and marketing
Demonstrate knowledge and professionalism in disease areas, therapeutic categories, biosimilars, products, and competitor positioning while maintaining certification standards
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within the generics market and drugstore channel
Solid understanding of the ethical pharmaceutical landscape and market dynamics
Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently—both verbally and in writing
Strong product knowledge with effective and impactful detailing skills
Skilled in selling, presenting, and negotiating with healthcare professionals
A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and people orientation
Self-motivated individual contributor who takes ownership and delivers results
Shows emerging leadership potential with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
