WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Effective communication with suppliers with on time delivery and part supply to production line timely
- Create part supply outlook and delivery outlook to support production schedule and customer shipment by MRP running by JDE
- Maximizing profitability by ensuring customer requirement is achieved through regular contact and development satisfaction criteria and measurement of satisfaction level
- Summary weekly and monthly report for supplier evaluation and measurement report ( Price, Quality, Discrepancy shipment and Delivery performance )
- Coordinate with Logistics center, Production control and warehouse for material supply and monthly and weekly production plan
- Distribute production plan build to warehouse as weekly in advance for preparing the component to manufacturing and coordinating for pulling - pushing schedule to fit with warehouse storage
- Collaborates with other departments as required to achieve safe and efficient MRP & Logistics function
- Inventory control and stock management
- Comply with Occupational Health & Safety laws, Standards, rules, regulations, requirements and commitments related to the company
Position Requirements
- Bachelor or higher in Logistics Management, Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years experience in material planning, schedule planning and international commercial contract term knowledge
- Good command of English
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of MRP, JDE system
- Very good communication, teamwork and strong interpersonal skill
- Basic knowledge on ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO50001
- EPS/World Class Manufacturing competencies are including 5G, 5S,5T, A3, B/X, KAI, KPI,LCA,LUTI, MK, PDCA,QCD,SK, VSM, Golden zone, Kanban, Picking/Kitting and Material Classification
