Train new hotels in how to use the extranet, manage rates and availability on site.
In consulting with Market Managers and to manage hotel accounts for different enquiries.
Prioritize daily task, monitor results and track progress in internal systems.
Resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, notification, cancellations, etc.
Co-ordinate merchandising activities for hotel partners with special deals and promotions.
Participate in market and competition research.
Evaluate production and determine follow up action.
Prepare reports as necessary.
Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.
Communicate efficiently with partners through various communications, phone, email, internal system.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Stay up to date with new products and features.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in business development or execution role preferred.
Very good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin.
Demonstrates basic computer skills (PowerPoint / Excel)
Strong Team Player with high level of dedication and goal-oriented person.
Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decision
Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
