Manager (M3), Test Engineering - Product Development
The Power Test Engineering team, located in Chonburi, Thailand, is currently seeking an experienced Manager/Engineer to lead and further grow the team responsible for designing and developing high performance test solutions on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) focused on new product development for power products. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual that can lead a team with strong technical, analytical and communication skills that can work collaboratively across cross functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a group of engineers in test systems development function. Ensure timely execution and completion of NPI development milestones in support of business requirements.
- Interacts with internal customers to define, design, document, analyze, and develop automated test solutions. Interprets test results for silicon debug, device characterization and new products introductions.
- Work with the team on testability assessment of new product definitions, providing initial estimates on capability, cost and development cycle time.
- Maintain the quality that the team delivers by being involved and initiating the necessary collaboration in developing test methodologies and solutions that include leveraging design for test.
- Main point of contact for the team's engagement in interfacing with other cross functional teams that include IC Design, Applications, Test Manufacturing, REL and others.
- Closely collaborate with employees, provides training and tracks their individual career development, manages feedback and enacts that feedback for a positive change within the team.

- Excellent verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, meticulously detail oriented and resourceful team player who is willing to do “whatever it takes” to get the job done.
- Flexible and strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire others.
- Strong knowledge of analog/digital devices, circuit analysis and programming languages are a must
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in ECE, EE, or equivalent field.
- With 7+ years of experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry particularly in Test Development Engineering and at least 2+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
