Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality instructional materials including, but not-limited-to ILTs, Job Aids, and e-learning courses using Articulate RISE & Storyline
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that enhance knowledge retention and application.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve training programs.
- Ensure all instructional materials are aligned with AGODA's brand and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of developed learning solutions by following the set QC process
- Through innovation and research / experimentation, determine the best mediums and modalities to share different forms of learning content.
- Report on analytics / data related to effectiveness of the learning solutions delivered.
- TTT Facilitation (Train-the-Trainer facilitation)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning or Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a portfolio showcasing e-learning projects.
- Proficiency in Articulate RISE, Storyline and other e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Graphic design skills and experience with multimedia tools.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI technologies to enhance learning outcomes, including the ability to integrate AI-driven outputs to personalize and optimize the learning experience.
