About the Team:
Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Branding expert to lead the brand development and integrated marketing efforts for Monee, our financial services platform. This role will play a critical part in shaping and growing Monee’s brand presence, user engagement, and market positioning across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is a creative yet analytical marketer with a deep understanding of branding in the fintech space and a proven ability to translate consumer insights into impactful marketing strategies

- Lead the development and execution of Monee’s brand strategy to build brand equity, drive customer loyalty, and differentiate in a competitive fintech landscape
- Work closely with the regional branding team to localize global/regional brand strategies while maintaining alignment with the overall brand vision and guidelines
- Define and evolve Monee’s brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework across all customer touchpoints
- Oversee & execute the strategic direction and performance of Monee’s social media presence across platforms
- Identify opportunities for on-ground engagement and awareness, including pop-ups, retail branding, and local partnerships
- Analyze audience insights, platform trends, and initiative performance to continuously optimize content and strategy
- Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs/influencers to amplify brand reach and authenticity then evaluate performance and ROI using both quantitative metrics and qualitative insights
- Lead team members and ensure high-quality execution aligned with strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably within fintech, digital services, or tech-driven consumer brands
- Proven track record of leading successful brand campaigns and managing cross-channel marketing strategies
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing tools, social media strategy, and branding frameworks
- Strong analytical & numerical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Talkwalker, or similar for performance and sentiment analysis
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners
- Self-starter with a creative mindset and strategic thinking, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
