Responsibilities:
- IT Expense and Investment Management: Plan, control, and monitor IT-related expenditures and investments.
- IT regulartory reporting and requirement such as ISO27001, BOT IT DMS: Coordinate with relevant teams within department to collect and verify the accuracy of reports required by regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submission.
- IT Operations Daily Reports: Collect data and generate daily IT operations reports for operation tracking and evaluation.
- IT Asset Management: Oversee and maintain IT assets, including hardware and software, as well as recording and verifying asset status.
- IT Vendor and Contract Agreement Management: Coordinate with IT vendors and internal partners, including reviewing and preparing various contracts to meet internal requirement.
- IT Risk and Compliance: Working with related department. to respond their request for various risk in IT area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT Administration, IT Planning or IT Coordinator roles.
- Strong understanding of IT budget and investment management.
- Excellent report generation and presentation skills.
- Understanding of IT-related regulations and requirements from regulatory bodies (a plus).
- Knowledge and experience in IT asset life cycle management.
- Excellent in negotiation with IT vendor.
- Detail-oriented and understanding of IT risk management principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Thai and English.
