Job Description
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Set up and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to support production and operational requirements.
Measure prototype and series parts from suppliers to assess process capability and control variance.
Validate and inspect supplier components to meet engineering and business expectations.
Maintain calibration schedules and ensure accuracy of measuring instruments.
Perform preventive maintenance for CMMs, measuring tools, and inspection room equipment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives on assigned projects by Supervisor.
Ensure adherence to quality and HSE standards per company and customer requirements.
Qualifications
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in automotive manufacturing or relate fields
Have a detailed knowledge of metrology, first principles and measurement equipment
Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances)
Technical Skills:
Proficient in metrology software, Microsoft Office, CAD, and Vis-plus
Knowledge of QMS, supplier quality management, and documentation
🌍 Language Skills:
Proficient in English: Speaking, Listening, and Reading
Other:
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and to tight deadlines.
