Provide regulatory and compliance advisory for business initiatives, product launches, and new features across the Shopee platform.
Review and draft internal guidelines, terms & conditions, FAQs, and public-facing articles to ensure clarity, accuracy, and legal compliance.
Conduct compliance risk assessments for marketing campaigns, promotions, seller policies, and operational processes.
Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable internal policies and user-facing documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, BD, operations, legal, PR) to support compliant implementation of strategic projects.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential impact on business operations.
Assist in preparing compliance documentation, regulatory responses, or internal reports as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
More than 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal advisory (experience in tech, e-commerce, or FMCG is a plus).
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to e-commerce, advertising, consumer protection, and digital platforms.
Excellent writing skills in English and Thai able to draft clear, user-friendly documentation and T&Cs.
Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate compliance concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
Familiarity with platform economy or fast-paced digital business environments.
Experience reviewing marketing materials or promotional mechanics from a compliance perspective.
Comfortable working independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
