Inbound Customs Clearance - CS Officer

Customized logistics – worldwide from a single source. This is a full-time position based in Chonburi, working for Leschaco (Thailand) Ltd., a leading company in the freight forwarding industry. In this role, you will be responsible for providing smooth and efficient customs clearance services for inbound shipments, playing a crucial part in the company's logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handle inbound shipment from customer /or any other who assigned the shipment to meet customer’s KPI and customer satisfaction
  
• Prepare customs process for import shipment with correct detail
  
• Check the correctness of required documents the customer provided before processing the customs clearance, such as FTA form, WTO license, and any other government agency in order to avoid any customs case
  
• Coordinate with all concerned parties, including liners, truckers, customers, inter -branch, and inter–company
  
• Prepare shipment report which are required by customer and update the status of the shipment to customer on time
  
• Prepare the completed documents with all original receipts and summarize all cost to billing on time

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  
• 2 years of work experience in related fields
  
• Good knowledge in customs clearance process.
  
• Good command of English and Thai
  
• Highly service-minded mentality
