Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions :

ranslate HR documents such as policies, regulations, announcements, internal e-mail into English with a clear, concise and business tone.
Ensure translated content reflects both accuracy and sensitivity to cultural context and the company’s tone of voice.
Attend meetings to provide interpretation and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a professional and service-minded manner.
Assist with HR-related tasks and assignments as required.
Participate in and support activities related to the Employer Branding Project, including preparing communication materials, coordinating events, and helping to promote a positive image of the company to candidates, students, educational institutes, etc.
Work closely with HR team members to support daily operations and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in English, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken (Minimum TOEIC score is 850).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and service-minded attitude.
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of HR-related tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Social media platform.
