主要職責
- 全面負責泰國工廠的人力資源管理與規劃
- 招募與配置適合的人才,支持工廠營運需求
- 制定並執行人事政策與流程,符合泰國勞動法規
- 管理薪酬制度、獎酬機制與績效考核
- 推動員工關係與培訓發展計畫
- 與台灣總部及國際團隊保持良好溝通
任職資格
- 精通中文
- 具流利泰文能力,或具備在泰國人資工作經驗
- 5 年以上人力資源管理相關經驗
- 熟悉泰國勞動法規與人資流程
- 具備跨文化溝通能力、領導力與抗壓性

Position: HR Manager
Location: Amata City Chonburi (Accommodation and meals provided)

Our Thailand factory is a strategic hub in Southeast Asia, and we are now seeking an HR Manager to drive organizational development and HR excellence in a cross-cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HR functions and planning for the Thailand factory
- Manage recruitment and workforce allocation to support operational needs
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Thai labor laws
- Oversee compensation, rewards, and performance management systems
- Drive employee relations, engagement, and training programs
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with headquarters in Taiwan and international teams
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
- Fluent in Thai or proven HR experience in Thailand
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent cross-cultural communication, leadership, and resilience
