Job Description
- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure
- Settling guest accounts and ensuring cashiering is accurate
- Adhering to all credit procedures as they pertain to the registration and check-out process
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
- Fulfilling guest requests
Qualifications
Able to communicate fluently in both Thai and English Language- Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
