Job Description: Support the Business Unit with administration and coordination responsibilities, including preparation of the related document or materials, expense/procurement processing, arranging group travel/meeting both internal and external e.g, business meeting, speaker agreement, sponsorship and conference arrangement for HCPs and AZ staff in frontier markets. Supports other BU activities to support the company's marketing and customer relations activities. Also, serves BU as an administrative link between teams in the BU.
Typical Accountabilities:
- Manages, controls and delivers specific clerical/administrative activities and services under guidance from the company’s SOPs and policies e.g., expenses, procurement activities, PAP documents preparation, vendor creation and agreements.
- Coordinates BU activities, KPI tracking, report consolidation and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Organizes the end-to-end process of BU’s business-related events e.g., coordinates and monitors event timelines, and assists in preparing materials and programs for events.
- Coordinates services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing, and event security.
- Any projects/tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a business administrative
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and basic procurement principles
- Competence in English communications
- Well-adaptive and able to work with different key stake holders in different cultures.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical business preferred
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
