All about the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Regional Field Force Effectiveness Manager to oversee and elevate field force operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Middle East & Africa (MEA) regions.
Based in Bangkok, Thailand, this role is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of all field force activities — not limited to promoters but also encompassing Trade Development Specialists (TDS), Trade Development Leaders (TDL), and Retail Sales Associates (RSA), including retailer and distributor staff.
The selected candidate will drive alignment with business objectives, optimize field resources, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role also includes accountability for sell-out performance analytics, strategic planning, and capability building, in close collaboration with Commercial Area (CA) teams and local markets.

What you’ll do:
1. Strategy Development:
- Develop and deploy regional strategies to improve overall field force effectiveness and structure.
- Align field activities across Promoters, TDS, TDLs, and RSAs with market needs and business goals.
- Partner with CA teams and country-level stakeholders to drive consistent execution and excellence.
2. Performance & KPI Management:
- Own and manage sell-out performance analytics across the full field force ecosystem.
- Define and track KPIs across roles, including:
- Promoter ROI (Efficiency)
- Sales performance of Promoters, TDS, and RSAs
- KPI tracking via Electrolux Field Force Application (daily sales, display execution, training coverage, etc.)
- Build dashboards with the Analytics team and ensure KPI-based action plans are followed at the local level.
3. Field Force Scope & Optimization:
- Expand effectiveness strategy across:
- Promoters – front-line sales driving consumer engagement.
- TDS/TDLs – responsible for Visual Merchandising, Promoter Supervision, and Field Training.
- Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) – including retailer and distributor staff trained to act as brand ambassadors.
- Conduct store profiling and recommend promoter and TDS deployment based on strategic criteria.
- Optimize field journey plans for Trade Development Specialists.
- Support store placement, onboarding, and territory management.
4. Talent Measurement & Development:
- Monitor individual and team performance through sales and engagement KPIs.
- Identify high/mid/low performers and implement customized development or improvement plans.
- Foster a learning culture through buddy systems, upskilling, and career path programs.
5. Training & Capability Building:
- Co-create and execute training programs with the APMEA Training Manager.
- Enhance onboarding, field coaching, and product/brand knowledge.
- Build training touchpoints for TDS, RSAs, and distributor staff, nurturing a strong brand advocacy culture.
6. Incentives & Recognition:
- Design incentive schemes that align with KPIs for promoters, TDS, and retail staff.
- Recognize and retain top talent while improving or replacing underperformers.
- Drive engagement through structured rewards, performance reviews, and career growth initiatives.
7. Agency & Partner Management:
- Manage third-party agencies for recruitment, deployment, and performance management of field force.
- Set clear KPIs and standards for agency partners and ensure regular reviews.
8. Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement best practices across markets.
- Drive standardization, automation, and innovative tools to support field force excellence.
9. Reporting & Communication:
- Deliver clear and concise performance reports, dashboards, and improvement roadmaps.

Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years in field force, sales operations, or retail execution roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Hands-on experience with performance management, agency coordination, and training delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM, dashboards, or field reporting tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English; other regional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across APAC and MEA as required.
