We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly Female Travel Coordinator & Tour Guide who loves traveling and is eager to be the face and backbone of our tour operations. From coordinating itineraries and managing logistics to leading group tours and maintaining client satisfaction, this role offers an exciting and dynamic opportunity to build a career in the travel and tourism sector. We are from India so looking for someone who can handle travel business from Thailand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage group tours from planning to execution
- Accompany and guide travelers during tours across India (occasionally overnight and outstation trips)
- Ensure smooth logistics, safety, and a positive experience for all clients
- Handle all travel-related bookings, vendor communications, and operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Communicate professionally through email, phone, and in-person with clients and vendors
- Create tour reports, gather feedback, and support social media updates with photos/videos from tours
- Support in marketing activities and back-end operations when not traveling
Key Requirements:
- Female candidate with a passion for travel and people
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi; Bengali is a plus)
- Friendly, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with flexible travel schedules (including weekends/holidays if required)
- Open to exploring new destinations and interacting with diverse groups
- Basic computer skills – Email, MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Google Drive
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, events, or customer service preferred but not mandatory
