We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Onboarding Executive to drive growth by acquiring new clients in the international e-commerce space. You will present FastShip’s solutions, beyond just logistics, to online sellers, brand owners, and businesses expanding globally. This role requires a consultative sales approach, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for helping clients grow through tailored logistics and technology solutions.

What you will handle:
- Oversee and manage the Data Entry team to ensure accurate and complete input of customer and product information
- Guide and support new customers in getting started with FastShip’s system, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed
- Work along side customers and explain key processes such as order creation, product import, inventory management, and integration with sales channels like Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.
- Coordinate with customers and the technical team to troubleshoot issues or answer questions during the onboarding phase
- Recommend appropriate system features and workflows tailored to each customer’s business needs for optimal usage
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver an outstanding onboarding experience that drives long-term satisfaction
What you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Logistics, IT, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer support, or account management, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce solutions
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or similar systems is a big plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with ERP, OMS, or inventory management systems is a plus
- Good command of Thai and English, both spoken and written
- Able to commute to work at Chaeng Wattana 14
