Job Description
- Develop integrated marketing strategies specifically for F&B outlets - aligned with hotel brand objectives and revenue goals.
Craft and execute seasonal F&B promotions, specialty events, menu launches, and signature dining experiences
Work closely with Sales, Revenue Management, F&B, and Operations teams to align marketing with pricing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of culinary operations, guest experience, trends, and outlet dynamics.
- 5–10 years of experience in F&B marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to plan and manage budgets while delivering campaigns on schedule and within scope.
