Die operator

• Responsible to Hot preparation & Apex extruder machine. Die operator has to produce new industrialzation produce (ETO/ISD & etc.) with good quality within time and safety and maintain extruder tooling readiness.
• Responsible for Tread, Sidewall and Apex extruder tooling both of new industrialization and in serial production. Position has ditrect influence with new production introduction, production time and RWWO.
• Create and edit extruder recipe
• Use CEMSET to update die progress and so on.
• Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work

• Degree from a Technical College or a comparable institute.
• Min. 2 years of experience in manufacturing plant, preferably in tire manufacturing.
• Extrusion machine operation is an advantage.
• Solidworks program drawing is preferred.
• EDM wire cut (Fanuc) machine operation.
• Manual operation (Filing, Drilling, Brass welding, Threading).
