Job Description
- Ensuring the requests are completed thoroughly and accurately within the appropriate
timeframe.
- Prioritize own activities and assist team members as needed to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
- Assisting in QA and SME work
- Provide input into process improvement.
- Adhering to Client SLAs
- Participate in buddy program to mentor new joiners.
- Ensure compliance in following Accenture and client policies/practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements, and special handling procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional training.
- Limit errors to infrequent, minor mistakes and maintain a high level of grammatical accuracy.
- Understand information that is less clear, structured, and explicit, even when the information is specialized, technical, or outside the field of interest or knowledge of the language user.
- Coordinate with translators, project managers and client to answer queries and provide clarification to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work on the tools required with ease and accuracy.
- Meet the daily, weekly, monthly productivity and quality targets set for the role as per OKR.
- Maintain accuracy in investigation method of cases and consistent at providing observations for product improvement.
- Be a team player and work in collaboration with clients and other stakeholders.
Update all required daily/weekly/monthly templates and report.
