As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborating with clients to develop tailored strategies and solutions that align with their business objectives and drive mutual success.
Communicating with clients regularly to provide updates, address inquiries, and gather feedback, ensuring proactive and transparent communication.
Providing leadership and guidance to the client services team, setting clear goals and expectations, and supporting team members in achieving targets and delivering exceptional service.
Overseeing the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and providing training on products or services to maximize client adoption and satisfaction.
Handling escalated client issues and complaints, working closely with internal teams to address root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Developing strategies to retain and grow client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services, and driving revenue growth.
Monitoring client performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and providing regular reports and insights to clients to demonstrate value and ROI.
Identifying areas for process improvement and service enhancement, implementing initiatives to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and support teams, to align on client needs and deliver integrated solutions that meet client expectations.
