Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Main responsible for Brand Health Tracking, Product test, Concept test, Consumer feedback, and Customer satisfaction study.
- Manage research projects (end-to-end) from design QNR, plan, analyze raw data, and write reports to deliver insight to user.
- Collect and analyze market trends by desk research & our database.
- Monitor social listening & market trends.
- Able to recommend research methodology and research design to marketing team.
- Manage project timeline, deliverable, and negotiate outsource agency.
Qualifications:
- Graduated Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Business or Data Analytics in corporate or research agency.
- Strong understanding of statistics, data analytics, data interpretation, and various research methodology.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) including MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to "tell a story" with data, translating complex information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of market & trends analysis, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Proactive, Logical & Critical thinking, Detail oriented, Organizational skills, and able to collaborate as a good team player.
- Strong English communication (presentation, writing, and listening).
- Understanding of AI tools is a plus.
