We are looking for a creative, strategic, and organized Content, Community & Esports Specialist to manage our content strategy, grow and engage our player community, and lead esports tournament campaigns. This role is responsible for producing impactful content, fostering an active community, and delivering exciting competitive events that attract new players, retain existing ones, and strengthen brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine content creation, community engagement, and esports tournaments to drive player acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.- Create engaging written, visual, and video content for social media, community channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Manage and grow official community platforms (Facebook, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube), interact with players daily, respond to feedback, and maintain a positive and active environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute esports tournaments (online and offline) from concept to completion.
- Organize community activities such as giveaways, challenges, meetups, and interactive posts to boost engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors to produce high-quality promotional materials, event coverage, and live broadcasts.
- Track and analyze KPIs for content performance, community growth, and esports participation, using insights to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to align on game content, in-game activities, and promotional plans, ensuring marketing and community strategies are synchronized with product roadmaps and update timelines
- Stay updated on gaming, esports, and social media trends to implement fresh, relevant, and effective engagement strategies

Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years in content marketing, community management, or esports event coordination (gaming industry preferred).
Skills:
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and campaign planning abilities.
- Experience managing esports events, from planning to execution.
- Familiarity with livestream tools (OBS, Streamlabs) and broadcast production workflows.
- Proficiency in managing multi-platform social and community channels.
