Job Description:
- Develop comprehensive project plans for improvement initiatives, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of our First Last Mile operation and Hub process.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and performance improvement through operational flow.
- Develop and implement initiatives to optimize capacity, efficiency, and quality.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of industry experience with process improvement
- Proven experience in project management, and change management preferably in logistics or transportation management.
- A strong understanding of operations optimization principles, logistics operations, and supply chain best practices is a plus.
- Strong in data analysis skill
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
