About the job
Ensure casting process compliance, optimize material usage and production efficiency, and support high-quality, cost-effective operations while aligning with both technical standards and corporate objectives.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Follow the business material roadmap and introduce new products based on novel material foundations
- Collaborate with engineers to design new material processes and test solutions for various technical challenges
- Utilize technical skills to collect and hand over data to engineers for analysis and conclusion
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Focus on casting operations shopfloor to drive new materials base (CoCr, STS, Silver, Pink Silver, etc.) and ensure production efficiency, quality, and launch timeline
- End-to-End accountable for producing new phototype of new material base
- Multi-skilled (Pre-plate, Automate, Electro polishing, Sandblasting, Chemical cleaning) to fulfill completion of product new material base
- Be trainer to transfer new material technique to production floor
- Forecast the list of future problems in new materials, analyze, optimize and troubleshooting
- Following initial End to End process to produce new prototype of new materials and feedback to confirm
- Create report, record of testing data in development and mass production effectively
- Coordinate with engineer/superior when unsure about production processes and methods of work
- Assist and advise employees in resolving various issues when they are unable to address themselves
- Advisory, guide and collaboration in case of technical from new materials
