Work closely with cross-functional team to identify opportunities for growth-driven campaigns and promotions.
Track campaign performance, evaluate key metrics, and optimize strategies using data-driven insights.
planning, development, and execution of Point-of-Sale Marketing (POSM) materials for acquired merchants, ensuring brand consistency and clear call-to-actions.
Monitor competitor activities in the offline space and propose proactive strategies to maintain SPayLater's competitive edge in merchant visibility.
Manage ad-hoc marketing projects and support special initiatives to improve product visibility and usage.
Requirements: Bachelor s degree or above in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
1 - 3 years of working experience in marketing-related fields.
Work experience in project management or similar role.
Proven track record in driving growth and managing marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Excellent attention to details with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
High proficient in English both written and oral communication.
Work experience in eCommerce / financial industry is a plus.
