About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Business Operation Leader to lead our Service Operation team. This is a very important job. You will manage the daily work of our self-service machine service and support. Your main goal is to make sure our clients are very happy with our service. You will also help connect what we learn from service to how we build our products. You will work closely with our R&D and Automation teams. This role is key to making our service better and building a positive team culture.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
● Manage Service Delivery: Make sure our automation services, such as the ATM/VTM and Self-service machine, run smoothly every day. This includes managing how we deliver hardware and support to our clients.
● Work with Clients: Build strong, honest relationships with clients. Make sure we talk to them clearly, correctly, and on time, especially for urgent problems.
● Lead Your Team: Guide and motivate a team of Service Engineers and Service Operators. Help them work well, solve problems, and take responsibility together.
● Improve How We Work: Find ways to make our service better. Use systems like Redmine to manage issues, meet our service promises (SLAs), and make all operations more effective.
● Work with Other Teams: Work closely with our Automation Core Products - Software Development team. Share ideas from service to help them improve our products and plan for the future.
● Solve Problems: Make sure complex problems with hardware, software, and networks are fixed quickly. Always try to find the main reason for a problem so it doesn't happen again.
● Check Performance: Look at service numbers and reports. Use this information to understand how we are doing, find new trends, and make smart decisions.
● Manage Resources: Use our people and tools wisely. This includes managing spare parts and working with our field support.
● Grow with the Industry: Learn about new trends and the best ways to do service operations. Always look for new ideas to make our service and customer happiness better.
● Lead Projects: Lead or join special projects to make service operations better. This can include new products or making customers happier.
● Support Overseas: Sometimes travel to other countries to help with service. You may need to work different hours and understand other cultures.
● Follow Rules: Make sure we follow all local rules and laws for service operations in different countries. Work with local teams to give good service.
What We Need From You (Qualifications):
● A university degree in Business Analysis, IT Management, Engineering, or a similar field, OR .
● At least 3 years of experience in service operations or a similar job. It's good if this was at a company that makes software and hardware, and if you have a history of making customers very happy.
● Strong leadership skills. You must be able to guide and motivate a team of technical staff and support people, helping them always do better.
● Excellent communication skills. You need to talk well with customers, team members, and other departments. Show kindness, be professional, and always think about the customer.
● Strong analytical skills. You must be able to look at data and find ways to improve. Use facts to make decisions and solve problems.
● You should be good at data analysis. Knowledge in Excel and PowerBI is a big plus here.
● Experience with tools for managing service, especially for software and hardware.
● Good at organizing. You can manage many tasks at once, pay attention to small details, and be correct.
● Know about quality and legal rules (like ISO standards and PDPA).
● Can work alone and make decisions quickly in a busy work environment. You should be able to change quickly when plans or customer needs change.
● Ready to work flexible hours if needed to make sure service is always covered.
