Business Development Representative
You will be a key member of the Manatal sales team, assisting in the successful acquisition of new clients. This role is for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who is seeking a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads to ensure that potential customers match defined eligibility criteria.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Use cold calling and other outbound tactics to reach prospects and create a great first impression by inspiring them to learn how Manatal can benefit their business.
- Research accounts, Identify prospective key stakeholders through outbound research methods.
- Understand and analyze customers' business needs, technical requirements, and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects, then set up meetings between prospects and our Customer Success team members.
- Utilize Outreach sequences to achieve weekly prospecting metrics and optimize prospecting techniques.
- Continuously improve alignment with the Customer Success team.
- Hit and consistently exceed targets.
- Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM.
- Analyze commercial results to identify potential opportunities and improvements in products, technology, and internal operational models.
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO and management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of business development experience.
- Excellent consultative selling skills.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting the key value proposition.
- Staffing and Recruiting market knowledge, and/or software/SaaS background is preferred.
- Superb communication skills (written and verbal).
- High energy levels, a high degree of integrity, self-motivation, a positive attitude, a proactive approach to work, and confidence.
- Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment.
- Prior experience selling CRM, ERP, and HRMS software is preferred.
- Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting.
- Recruitment Experience is a plus.
- Must be Comfortable with different time allocations and highly adaptable to changes (The core working hour is 12 PM - 9 PM).
