We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and provide essential support to the Head of Core Systems in the field of International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI). This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our core systems.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Analyse existing processes and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency of core systems.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Project Management:
- Assist in managing projects related to core systems, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Training and Documentation:
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for core systems.
- Train end-users on new features and best practices.
- Technological Watch:
- Conduct a technological watch to stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in insurance systems.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve existing systems.
The successful applicant will have:
- Higher education in computer science, project management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a technical-functional role, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Knowledge of information systems and technologies used in the IPMI field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation software.
