Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Exhibit exceptional customer care and focus, adeptly assessing customers' needs and providing accurate solutions, guidance, or troubleshooting to create a positive customer journey.
- Adhere to established customer service procedures and policies.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effective phone interactions and phone system handling.
- Exceptional proficiency in the Portuguese language.
- Flexibility to work from 8:00 pm to 4.:30 am, Monday to Friday.
