Job Description
Oversee all banquet operations, ensuring high service standards and exceptional event experiences.
Work with F&B and Sales teams to develop banquet packages, menus, and service concepts to optimize revenue.
Lead, train, and motivate the banquet team to deliver flawless events.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banquet, events, or catering management in a hotel or resort setting.
Strong knowledge of event planning, cost control, and quality assurance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
