Role and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of pricing sub-team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
Assign tasks, prioritize projects, and ensure efficient team operations to achieve project and launch product on time
Lead product development process on pricing side and co-ordinate with related parties to ensure product can be launched on time
Prepare/review approval document for OIC and Group approval and ensure regulation is complied.
Recommend product solution to management and align with company strategy
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum degree in mathematics or statistics related subject
10 year’s++ actuarial experience from life insurance industry especially in health pricing is preferable
Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
Understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics
Continues professional education through taking and passing actuarial exams is preferred
Advanced level of proficiency MS Excel.
