Key Responsibilities
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure all profit objectives and goals are met.
- Analyze financial and operational reports, providing insightful commentary and recommendations.
- Maintain the highest quality of food and beverage through regular reviews with suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Public Relations and Marketing departments to develop and execute local and international promotional campaigns.
- Create innovative marketing and sales programs to drive revenue across all outlets.
- Develop new food and beverage products and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company standards and policies.
- Oversee performance appraisals, employee development, and training programs to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
General Requirements
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of Food and Beverage experience, with a strong emphasis on talent development and team leadership.
- Exceptional financial acumen, analytical skills, and project management capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of banqueting, fine dining, and beverage operations.
