SeatOS is on a mission to transform and digitize the land & sea travel industry, making all routes instantly bookable by anyone. Part of the leading land & sea transportation group, Travelier, SeatOS is building the dominant Transport Management System (TMS) in APAC.
We are hiring a Bookkeeper to join our growing team in Thailand. You will be responsible for accurate financial record-keeping, account reconciliation, and supporting the company’s financial health through timely reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quarterly budgeting and reforecasting processes
- Manage customer invoicing and support ongoing communication regarding billing
- Oversee accounts receivable reconciliation and track customer payments
- Set up new client accounts and ensure smooth onboarding
- Monitor and follow up on collections
- Handle employee and company expenses using tools like Mesh and Expensify
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT reports and ensure tax compliance
- Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analyses
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity
- Process payroll for employees and service providers, including onboarding and reimbursement support
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports such as AR aging and collection status
- Support vendor payment processes and ensure timely execution
Assist in the annual review of international tax filings (e.g., Thailand tax return)
Requirements
- 3-4 years as a Finance Controller/ finance operations specialist.
- High level of English both spoken and written - must
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in finance
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with NetSuite - an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fast learner and ability to work independently
- Proactive approach, looking to enhance and improve the day to day work
