Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the overall strategy and execution of our TikTok Shop affiliate program, ensuring alignment with brand and sales objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of affiliate executives, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Affiliate Growth & Management: Drive recruitment and onboarding of new affiliate partners, influencers, and content creators. Build strong, scalable affiliate networks that support long-term brand growth.
- Relationship Development: Foster high-impact relationships with key affiliates and content partners. Ensure consistent support, performance motivation, and alignment with campaign goals.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee affiliate performance tracking and analysis (clicks, conversions, revenue). Generate regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Campaign Leadership: Collaborate with brand and content teams to plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns that increase traffic, sales, and brand visibility on TikTok Shop.
- Incentive & Retention Programs: Design and implement creative incentive structures and engagement strategies to boost affiliate motivation and retention.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation: Stay current with social commerce trends, platform updates (especially TikTok), and competitive activity to ensure continuous innovation and relevance in affiliate strategy.
- Event Representation: Represent the company at creator and industry events. Manage booth presentations, network with content creators, and coordinate post-event outreach and conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital partnerships, with at least 1 year in a managerial or team lead role
- Strong understanding of TikTok, affiliate ecosystems, and social commerce dynamics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience using affiliate dashboards, digital marketing tools, and Google Analytics
- Fluent in English communication
