- Lead and coach the Admissions team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service
- Design and implement admissions strategies that align with our school’s mission
- Build strong relationships with families, agents, and internal stakeholders
- Use data to drive decisions, improve conversion, and report on performance
- Champion a culture where admissions is everyone’s responsibility
