Administrative Section Manager
Responsibilities
- To consolidate trip rate cost and other cost for payment with subcontractor.
- To consolidate trip rate cost and other cost for billing with customer.
- To summarize status report of proof of delivery under responsibility of DHL team for management follow-up progress of on-time POD performance vs KPI target with customer.
- To escalate and request support from DHL superior on chasing transport subcontractor to correct and improve any error cause at issue of proof of delivery document.
- To support the Operation Department as per request.
- To perform other jobs as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience 5 year in Admin background especially in Warehouse operation is desirable
- Good computer skills in MS Office particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
