About the Team

The Production Services team delivers production excellence and is formed by a multicultural team of production experts who provide marketing production solutions. In a nutshell, the Production Services team activates business’s efficiencies and quality delivery.

Collaborative: work as One Indicia with our immediate team but also with the wider business to deliver and activate our proposition across our production services.

Accountable: take pride and ownership in delivering excellent production handling skills and take responsibility for supporting the team on a campaign, project or client basis ensuring that jobs are scheduled, briefed, and budgeted in a timely and accurate manner.

Pioneering: deep dive in our client briefs to immerse yourself in their production requirements – thereby finding sources of efficiency where others don’t see them.

Entrepreneurial: for people that want and can make a difference to our business, by playing a key part in the team, helping deliver production excellence as well shaping the client experience.

Purpose of the role

  • The Job Title in this job post is for talent acquisition purpose only. Internal Job Title is "Production Apprentice".

As Apprentice, You Will Be Working On Some Of The World’s Largest Brands, To Get An Exposure In Marketing Production Processes. These May Include But Are Not Limited To General, Finance, Prind And Display Procurement, And Account Administration As Part Of Supporting The Production Team. Some Key Exposures To Clients And Real-world Work Scenarios Will Be Related To

  • General, finance, and account administration such as following up the process of invoices with suppliers, checking data accuracy and rectifying errors of invoices, making sure them are completed with the supporting documents (incl. implementation report and BAST), preparing invoicing reports.
  • Prepare and provide the progress/ status of the close orders.
  • Provide adequate support to the Production Manager or Account Manager related to the production management (tracking, coordinating, reporting) or account management process, for example, in developing visual merchandising, visiting relevant markets to provide support in visual merchandising implementation, etc.

Role Requirements

  • You would be required to be present on client site in Bangkok area 2-3 days per week.
  • The contracted hours are 9am to 6pm, Mon – Fri.
  • Willing to be assigned to any client in different industries.
  • Commit to completing a 12-month apprenticeship contract.

Ideal Profile

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, And Exposure

  • Final year students or recent graduates in printing technology & publishing, business administration, economic management, marketing, advertising, industrial engineering.
  • Available for a 12-month apprenticeship contract.
  • Proficient in data management and administrative tasks for project tracking and monitoring
  • Highly enthusiastic about BTL (Below the Line) marketing, in-store media, and printing
  • Competence in the Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Excel) and database/reporting software knowledge
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.

  • As an apprentice, you will bring a committed and dedicated can-do attitude to the role and learn new things.
  • Capable of handling both individual and group work assignments (specifically in managing transactional work on a daily basis).
  • Clear and effective communication skills at all levels in the hierarchy.
