- Lead the accounting operations for the Thailand entity, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing, reporting, and consolidation in alignment with group requirements.
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements, liaising with external auditors and regulators.
- Oversee tax filings, VAT, and other statutory submissions, ensuring compliance with Thai tax regulations.
- Provide financial analysis, support business decisions, and ensure accuracy of management reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-border finance teams to align on accounting policies, standards, and group reporting requirements.
- Support internal controls and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff within the Thailand team.
